Reeth 3 Day and Training School Updates

As you can see by the counter there is just over 7 days to go to the 2017 Reeth 3 Day!  There have been a few recent drop outs and therefore the waiting list has reduced to just over 20.  Please have a look at the new rider list – numbers and start times, especially if you have just been allocated a ride and are unsure of your number.  The updated waiting list is at the bottom.   Reeth 3 Day 2017 Updated Rider List – Start Times and Numbers.

Training School – All is underway for this years training school and all you lucky riders will be receiving your information over the next couple of days, so don’t worry if you haven’t heard anything yet.    If you need any more information or don’t hear anything by early next week, please get in touch with Pam Braithwaite by emailing hardstiles@swaledale.org

Reeth 3 Day 2017 – Rider Number, Start Times & Final Instructions

With just over 3 weeks (21 days according to the counter!!) to go until this years Reeth 3 Day here are a few updates for you.

There is still a large waiting list so please let us know asap if you can no longer ride.

Final call for Carvery tickets for the Friday night.  Please remember that tickets will not be available on the weekend and the closing date for tickets is 1st July – please email reeth3day@richmondmotorclub.com with your completed form CarveryTickets and Shirt Order Form 2017 as well as sending payment through the post.

Finally anyone with any cups from last year please could you contact our awards secretary Vicki Andrew on victoriaandrew123@btinternet.com to arrange their return for engraving.

Today’s Mintex Trophy Trial was again a great success.  Brilliant weather, great sections and lots of very enthusiastic riders!  Please find attached the final results, times and section by section analysis.  As always a massive thank you to the landowners, observers, gamekeepers, marshals, secretaries, petrol stops, riders, parents and everyone else involved in todays epic event.  You all know who you are and how much we all appreciate the work involved.

Mintex 2017 – 1 day to go!

With only one day to go to this years Mintex the programmes have been printed and the riders bags made ready!   This year riders will have number boards similar to the Scott Trial and Reeth 3 Day which they can take home as a reminder of their day.  They will also get a copy of the programme but for anyone not riding or observing you can download and print out a copy of the programme here:  Mintex 2017 Programme

**For anyone travelling to this years trial either riding, observing or spectating Downholme bridge is currently closed.  You will need to follow the diversion signs to Marske from Richmond – on the road towards Reeth near the cricket club.  Turn right at the garage and follow the road out of Richmond to Marske and then on to Hurst.  The road from Reeth to Hurst is unaffected.

The forecast is set fair and we look forward to seeing you on Sunday with plenty of sun cream and water.

Mintex Trophy Trial – Sunday 18th June 2017

With less than a week to go to this year’s Mintex Trophy Trial the draw for rider numbers and start times has now been made.  The programme will be finalized in the next couple of days and will be available for all riders in their packs and put on the website at the end of the week.

Once again we a great list of riders from near and far and the Clerk of the Course Nathan Stones is busy with his team marking out this unique Youth Time and Observation Trial which covers some of the Scott Trial territory and runs on the same rules.

This year’s Trial is on Sunday 18th June 2017 and the first rider sets off at 10.30 am and then at 30 second intervals.  The start field is just outside Hurst, DL11 7NW.  Catering will be available at the start field.
