REMINDER NOTICE TO ALL RIDERS – ACU COMPETITION LICENCE/REGISTRATION CARDS MUST BE PRODUCED AT ALL TRIALS

ACU Trials licence/registration cards MUST be produced at all Richmond Motor Club trials, including Club, Centre and National trials.

Please bring your current trials licence/registration card and have it ready to show when you enter/sign on.  If you are unable to produce your current ACU card you will be asked to  purchase a one event trial registration on the day at a cost of £3 each.

This is important, as each licence/registration holder should be affiliated annually to the ACU via a local club and as such receives an ACU competition licence/Trials registration card to compete.  The most important reason for this is insurance.  In the event of any injury sustained we have to demonstrate that the injured rider is a current ACU member and has a valid licence/registration to compete.

Please help us do our job by bringing your current ACU registration card with you to every trial and avoid having to pay an extra £3 on the day for a one event registration.

Please note that we will be checking cards at each trial and remember to bring yours with you.  If you have not already registered you can do so from this link:  https://www.acu.org.uk/ridersmembers/license-forms.aspx

If you have not already become a Club member for 2018, please print off this form and send with your payment to the address detailed: RMC Membership Form 2018

Just a reminder that Richmond Motor Club will hold its Annual General Meeting this Tuesday 6th February 7.30pm at Richmondshire Cricket Club, followed by an Ordinary Meeting.  All members welcome.  If you are interested in helping out with trials and club activities, please do join us.  There are many ways of helping out and being involved with the club, without always having to commit regularly or having to attending monthly meetings.  As the old adage goes ‘Many hands make light work!’ If you are unable to attend, but would like to help out or have any suggestions for the club, please contact us beforehand by emailing secretary@richmondmotorclub.com

We look forward to seeing you.

This year’s Scott Trial Charity Auction has raised just over £2,000 towards charitable causes.

We would like to thank all of the businesses, clubs and individuals for their generous donations of items for the auction and to all those who made bids and bought items on the night.

Thanks also to our auctioneer John Moffat and to Andrew and Charlotte Brown of AG Bikes for coordinating the auction.

Everyone’s support and generosity is very much appreciated.
