This year’s Scott Trial Charity Auction, which was held on the evening of the trial prior to the Results and Awards Presentation at Richmond School, raised a fantastic sum of £2,700, which is a real boost to the money raised for charity.
We would like to thank all who donated items to the auction and to all who bid and purchased!
With only one week to go to The Scott Trial, our organising committee and marking out teams are very busy getting everything ready for the big day.
We have some very special items lined up for this year’s Charity Auction, which will be held prior to the Results and Awards Presention. Please remember that we have a change of venue for the presentation this year, which is to be held at Richmond School main hall on Darlington Road, where there is plenty parking in the school grounds.

The GE Brown & Son Trophy Centre Championship Trial is our next event this Sunday 16th September 10.30am at The Old Mill, Low Row, Richmond, DL11 6NH. Adult, Green, Clubman, Youth A & B.
Andrew Brown & team have been busy marking out and the trial is geared to be Clubman friendly. There will be some more challenging sections on the hard route for those looking forward to The Scott Trial. There will be 2 laps of 20 sections. Thinking of our observers, please watch for the section closing times which will be adhered to – ie. no hanging about at the back please!
Anyone who still has Scott Trial annual trophies to return for engraving, please bring them along and leave with the trial secretary.
