ANNOUNCEMENT:

The Richmond Motor Club (Yorks) Ltd. will organise a 3 Day Championship SOLO Semi Sporting Trial on July 21/22/23 2017 held under the National Sporting Code, Standing Regulations of the ACU, the Supplementary Regulations and any final instructions issued for the meeting. There will be a Hard Course, modified route for O40, O50, C/Man & Twinshock riders and as last year a Green Course (50/50 Hard and Clubman).  We have once again managed to keep the cost at £90 to include 3 Days Trialing, Carvery on the Friday Evening, Lunch on 2 Days and the ever popular 3 Day Polo Shirt.

Closing date for entries is the 1st April, after which there will be a ballot if the entry limit is reached.

As last year there will be the Riders carvery on the Friday Night and no organised event on the Saturday night, however, The Burger Queen will be catering as usual and you can order a meal in advance – please see the flyer attached to the Regs –  and the bar and marquee will of course be open!  As always riders will receive a free ticket for the Friday night and may purchase extra Friday night tickets, but these MUST be ordered before hand when sending in your entry fee.

Harold Graham Trophy Trial – Sunday 19th February 2017

This Sunday sees the first of the Richmond Motor Club 2017 Championship Trials being run at Cogden Hall, Grinton.  There will be classes for all ages, with 2 separate courses running.  One course will host the  Hard, Green and Clubman routes with B Class and above Youth riders joining them.  The other small course will be for C class and below and will have 3 separate routes on it for all abilities.  This trial’s results will go towards the RMC Championship awards and there will be the Harold Graham Trophy and Sam Trophies up for grabs to the first and second best riders on the Hard Course.  Start time is 10.30am and there will be catering at the start field.  Entries close on the day but if you want to get an entry form filled in before hand you can download one here:  Entry Form – Harold Graham 2017.  The Clerk of the Course is hoping to run a bigger lap that usual with a few different sections (weather permitting) and we are therefore looking for Observers especially those with a bike.  Please email chriswallis@richmondmotorclub.com if you can help us.

Reeth 3 Day Entries will be launched on Sunday at the trial with a limited number of entry forms available during the day.  Entry forms will be available on line later on Sunday evening.

Raffle:  Today’s raffle raised £69, thanks to all those who took part.  The Apico Mat was won by C Towns and the Handwash by Andrew Dennis.

ALBERT SHAW RE-RUN 29.1.2017

There will be a conducted course tomorrow, with two courses on it.  The harder course will be for our BE and DE riders.  The easier course will be for the E, ED and EB Class riders (9 years and over).

 

Please only send competent C Class riders onto the main course.  Other C Class riders can ride on the conducted course as a BE.
