As always we would like to thank all those who made this year’s trial happen – too many to mention – but especially the landowners without who’s permission we couldn’t run the greatest one day trial in the world and the observers who stand out all day! Special thanks must also go to all the riders and supporters who make the trial such a great event and help us to raise so much money each year for the Scott Charities.

Scott Trial Entry List, Rider Numbers and Final Instructions.
With just under 3 weeks to go, Scott Preparations are well on the way. Once again we are not emailing out the numbers and final instructions this year, but you can download a list here:
Scott Trial – Rider Entry List 2023
Please take a good look at the list of riders, numbers and start times to make sure that you know what time you are setting off and to get the right number on your petrol cans. The Clerk of the Course has once again requested that the winner of the previous Scott Trial is last man away. As you will see there is no waiting list this year so anyone that would like a last minute ride please let the Scott Secretary know as soon as possible by emailing Ken at scottsecretary@richmondmotorclub.co.uk or phone 07703222147
Also please make sure that you read the Final Instructions – this is very important as there is essential information to make sure that you know exactly what is expected on the day and the run up to the day etc, and they have changed from previous years (6 petrol cans needed rather than 5 etc). When signing on you will be asked to sign saying that you have read and agree to these instructions: Scott Trial Final instructions 2023
MINTEX LOST AND FOUND
Mintex 2023 – Provisional Results
Today’s Mintex Trophy Trial was again a great success. The weather was perfect, a little cooler than the last week and the thunder held off.
We had a huge amount of officials sign on today and we would like to thank you all, including the Clerk of the Course and all his helpers, marshals, observers, sponsors, secretaries, petrol stop officials, Swaledale Mountain Rescue and everyone else involved in today’s epic event. You all know who you are and how much we appreciate all your help and the work involved in running this very special trial.
Congratulations and many thanks to all the riders for taking part and their parents and helpers for keeping them calm! We had a record entry of 77 this year, the trial continues to go from strength to strength.
You can download the final results, times and section by section analysis here – apologies to all for the computer problems meaning the results are later than usual and we are sorry that we couldn’t present the majority of the awards in person – these will be sent out in due course:
